Seems like the only way is to contact your state. But that seems to do little also. Until the states start pushing back there is not much we can do.

No way, that's not wrong! For Christmas I ask for money to go towards my rent, cell phone bill or grocery bill. That way I can put the rest in the bank or to grow my ROTH.
