Not bad. Sometimes the solution to NAT type is simply re-testing the connection through Xbox Live. I'd recommend this step before and after configuring your modem/router.

If it keeps happening go in to your network settings there is an option reset to factory Default that should help

If this works for you, that simply means that you could have just rebooted your xbox. Changing a wifi channel/frequency has nothing to do with NAT type. Changing that channel is equivalent to you unplugging an ethernet cable and plugging it into a different port. ....smh.... #ignorance
