I was doing great until i got to 3.28 mins into the video. I do not have a Britac file so i am stuck. I am not able to find an 'Outlook' file anywhere so i am up the stream without a paddle. otherwise it was a good video and i was getting along just fine

You need to go into YOUR user folder. Look for the one with the lock and try looking in there. Dont forget to enable hidden folders shown at 2:50!
