Hey Debbie, thanks for your info! I have all my citrus tress laden right
now, can I pop those whole fruits in the freezer? Do they need to go into
plastic for evaporation? I have the birds going for the seeds and losing my
crop!

I dont know if you can freeze them whole or not, but hey try it out on a few and experiment, that is how I learned through trial and error.( I think they would still be good for juice or juicing/smoothies) I started out tryin items in my freezer 1-3 months or longer and seen if it was a success or not, if it is I love it..if not it was worth a shot.
