+Sam John Once fried, you sure can! I am Italian and we do them differently but here in Fremantle, Australia we have a big festival here for Sardines and they just crunch in your mouth!//www.fremantleseafoodfestival.com.au/visitors/festival_highlights.phtml
+Thomas Warren I'd go a New Zealand Semillion Sauvignon Blanc! Something green and crisp to fuse with the vinegar from the capers and gherkin in the Remoulade =)
I'd favour a nice bespoke not mass produced cider Thomas.as it's an oily fish.the nice crisp apple taste with that natural subtle acidic note would work perfectly I think on the pallete. then again I could be wrong.cheers....scott
Duncan Lucas of Passionate About Fish shows 4 different preparation methods for Cornish Sardines - gutting head-on and head off, single filleting and block ...

Why so many dislikes? This is one of the most comprehensive, professional,
and practical guide-videos ever made. We'll see about getting you
published, hmm?
Here now is a certified, professional (again) review showcasing the pros
and cons of this exemplary documentary:
PROS:
The topic chosen is magnificent, an easy and simple step-by-step
explanation for everything from purchase to the consumption of a delightful
repast. This is a very fast and easy method to accomplish your murderous
goal. It does need a Plastic Water Bottle to work and the timing is fairly
tight. The steps are short, concise, accurate, and easy to follow. This
100% practical and realistic review is great for viewers and consumers of
all ages. I highly recommend it. Bonus points for warning the viewers of
the sardines' (brain) dangerous evils. Also, the Plastic Water Bottle is
the greatest tool ever invented by man.
CONS:
Nothing outright wrong, but the encyclopaedia fails to mention that, as per
the phrase "sardines in a can", the contents are under immense pressure and
will explode if not opened gently. Thanks, now I have to clean them off the
garden wall.
11/10, would make totally accurate and non-frivolous guide again
