Absolutely awesome fish!
Loved the video editing, sound was perfect, drums and Boron with horns and
strings.
Brings the anticipation, excitement and danger of the hunt to life.
Thanks for sharing
I catch these fairly often in Hawaii. One of the best fighters pound per
pound in the world. I just luv em. I release more than I eat(I like th
3-5lb. range for the table) Nice firm meat. Thanks for posting. I learned a
thing or two about filleting.
So hooked into this 70 lbs beast today and managed to let it flip me (some jackass thought the fish was tired enough to muscle in on a tight drag), lost a rod, and ...
Just to let you know.......no wants to watch you on video, we want to see
the pole and the fish. Video from the back please. Why would you want to
just video you face front?
+kawika makana Ican see your point or opinon but it is his video, he can make um what ever way he wants. Dont like the way he make his video? no need watch right?
+kawika makana Appreciate the constructive criticism, I have been working out on what a better mount would be on my newer kayak and now have a second GoPro for POV head mount shooting but yeah i get it, i don't wanna look at me either! One thing to note, besides Mahi and Sails, there isn't much action above water until the very end from Shibi/Ahi or Ono. And my family enjoy seeing my reaction but will get better mount and views in the future! Mahalos!
more than likely you'll be fast trolling out deeper. these guys are generally caught in closer and live bait. enjoy the trip and being on the water and tight lines! Go Easy!
+Brad Wyatt Sweet! That is so cool man. I will be on a charter boat that is pretty big. I love catching jack crevalle and its been a dream of mine to catch a GT.
+carag001 on kayak or big boat? Just depends on what type of fishing your doing and the technique your using as far what type fish your gonna get. just got a 50lbs + one yesterday :)
let this be a lesson everyone, you need to get the fish tired before you
bring him up, loosen the drag and go for the ride, also leash your
expensive gear or you may lose all your poles when this happens, and oh yes
it will happen. for all you amateurs practice flipping and getting back in
your yak until you get good at it. tie a rock to the liter line to mimic a
fish on when your practicing. it will save you a lot of money and your
life.
+TheFelish86 Spot on but its showing all how to fillet a Trevally, thanks for your feed back I would normally cook Trevally at this size whole.Regards Scotty & Paul
You can tell this fish has been on ice for a while. I don't put fish on
ice, I put them in a cooler with saltwater and keep them alive until I need
to lean them.
+Joshua Couling Thanks Joshua glad you enjoyed this clip, check out our channel with over 100 clips for you enjoy and share with your mates. Regards Scotty & Paul
