+Kathreen Asef Yes, we did a 2 hour sit-down reception.  We could have made a reservation at one of the resort restaurants, but we wanted something more intimate. We did the Beautiful Beginnings set-up, so the basic white linens and the magenta orchid centerpieces.  It was simple and beautiful (and cheap) you can see it in the video around min 12:04 and 12:24.  We spent more money on specialty lighting (the star lanterns) and a steel drum band. I HIGHLY recommend the star specialty lighting- min 10:57 in video.  I made my bouquet out of silk calalilys and orchids and brought it with me in my suit case- 3:48 in video.  The resorts bouquets are over priced, I made mine for $40.  For the bridesmaids, I gave my MOH the Bride Bouquet offered with the Beautiful Beginnings package and the others had smaller versions of the magenta stems- 3:14 in video.

+Sarah Morgan I never envisioned myself even asking questions about a wedding on youtube but i just had to! so happy to hear that you were pleased with the photographer. Its honestly hard just thinking about everything and trying to envision things before even being there! i think I'm starting to stresss myself out just thinking about flowers lol. i will definitely ask more questions once i figure out some more! i think the photographer was my biggest thing. oh! did you guys do a 2 hour reception? what kind of reception did you choose?i think thats my other big dilemma is choosing that! lol. 

Hi Kathreen! Sorry for the delay in response, never anticipated questions. We used the photographer provided by the resort- Beaches Ocho Rios. You MUST request Nevin to be your photographer. He did an amazing job, and we loved our photos. I know how scary it is going in "blind" especially with a photographer.
