+Tim Hemi 5.7 62k all cars have oil consumption. its due to the vaporization of oil mist, that gets sucked out via the pcv system. every 5k, you might need half a quart. some drivers are heavy footed and the higher RPM's atomize oil vapor faster, thus needing a whole quart every 5k or so.

+zxrtl Yes, indeed! Because it's a 12V system, while on water I strap a small solar panel (one that's been designed to top up the car batteries, as most of them are waterproof). At home I just connect it to my drill charger as it is a 12v one as well.
+Tom Howbridge I've used a photo paper, I find it gives best result :D And I'll be putting few of them around the workshop, it just takes ages to do all the buttons after you upload the video ;)
