I actually didn't have that problem, but there are a few solutions. 1. Make the skirt longer. 2. Make the skirt thicker using more tulle. and/or 3. Wear bike shorts (or something of the like) under the skirt. :)

OMG! You have inspired me to get off of my keester and make some tutus! I have some kits that I picked up from Tuesday Morning a few years ago! They are Disney Princess themed. I got them to make for my niece but she wouldn't be able to fit them now. I do have a one year old niece however and my good friend has two grand babies that could fit them! Thank you! Found my project for the night lol! I will post pics on FB lol!
