hey man when you were benching at the start you mentioned you wanted to
increase the arch in your lower back when benching well i noticed you where
moving your head a lot when benching if you keep your head down and not
move it on the bench it will help you bring that chest up and arch that
lower back. nice workout
great video man. I think that it is awesome that your sister is lifting
with you. I'm in the process of getting my younger sister to do the same.
now for questions...hmmm.....How do you feel about influencing others with
your health and training? Are you happy to help others out are is lifting
more of a personal thing for you? Why on earth were they playing REM at
the gym?? lol
so is my sister lol you should get her to do a youtube channel. my sister is going to do one although it won't be all fitness though. actually, I think I'll be featuring her weekly highlights on my channel once I get her to the gym lol
Oh yeah man. For me my family is everything and I want her to be happy. So one day I went to her house and I said we are going to the gym. She didn't argue with me. I told her I'll take care of her membership so she didn't have any excuses.

I've actually increased my bench just dumbbell pressing like I stopped benching for 4 months and only pressed dumbbells when I got back on barbell bench it went up 90 lbs
