Well,i guess you are american since you got no clue as to the meaning of 'culture'. Having others spending a few dollars on entertainment doesn't export some US culture there, and i'm not aware that there even is such a thing as US culture. The Russians have a culture, distinctively different than the US comic books if that is what you call US culture and no amount of japanese movies produced in Hollywood is going to change that.
