Hey Dom, you can reduce the cayenne pepper but the turmeric has to be accompanied with cayenne or black pepper for it to release its full potential. Cinnamon won't work in that morning recipe. The lemon or lime gives it that special zing. Furthermore cinnamon is a relaxation spice. Here is something for bedtime, warm up one glass or cup of coconut milk, add 1/4 teaspoons of turmeric and cinnamon, add a lil brown sugar if you'd like. Yum yum and you wont overdose lol. Cheers.

kinda worked, think i over dosed on the cayenne, and my mouth is burning, but definitly something i could recommend at least to people who are feeling under the weather. and in the end, calorie and caffeine free yet quite stimulating.
