Read the reviews on lowes website. It's hugely an epic fail. Makes you
wonder how junk gets released to the public by huge companies. Plus why
does the guy say not to buy it and hook it all up? It supposed to be DIY
not sit on the phone with support.
I installed an Iris system for a co-worker and we ended up taking it back. He went with Smartthings and I was able to get some of the newer Iris sensors working with Smartthings but it's not officially supported.
