I love GD. They were my first favorite band when I was 12 and you know the story. But man I love EDM and Metallica and Jimi Hendrix and NWA and Trap Music and Katy Perry and the whole shebang. There's so much music out there it'd be so sad to limit it. I can't help but think that songs like this and the Foo Fighters stance on electronic music is because they see it as a threat to Rock n Roll. I used to feel the same way but now the only music I like is from people with passion, who had a genuine serge of emotion and recorded what that felt like. Go torrent Ableton and try and make a bass drop. It's as hard as making a good guitar solo trust me. There's so much good music out there, don't limit yourself to one type.
