Ultimate Chocolate Brownies | Cupcake Jemma
Mmmmchocolateeee...oh, hi. Sorry I didn't see you there. I was too busy dreaming about this brownie I made. Get ready for the best brownie recipe ever. Fudgy ...
Hi Jemma, I made these yesterday and they turned out perfectly scrummy!
You've inspired me so much. Just one thing, I noticed my batter at the end
was not as thick as yours, it was quite liquidy and the baked brownie
turned out crispy on top and quite fudgy on the inside, yours looked a
little drier. Any idea what I might have done wrong? I followed everything
to a T.
+Hannah Q. Ah it's not the chocolate then. The brownie tasted awesome, but the batter was so liquid. Maybe baking here in Malaysia it's so hot that everything is more melty...
+Hannah Q. Thanks, will try that. Though I was wondering why the batter was quite liquidy, not just the baked cake. I used 70% Lindt dark chocolate, maybe it's more liquidy than what Jemma used?
+orlybabe Maybe you should turn your oven a couple of degrees lower and bake it just a bit longer, so it is less likely to get a crispy top and so you get a drier brownie from the inside.
dear jemma, i looove chocolate ...but i dont have found a good brownie
recipe yet. i can't eat eggs...so do you have an suggestion for a good
brownie without eggs? (i would be also thankful if you have a tip for
replacing eggs for your other recipies (this looks always sooo delicious!)
thanks!
Hi! Will it work with walnuts as well as with hazelnuts? Do I have to toast
them on a pan too? I don't have hazelnuts but I totally loved the nuts
idea! :D I really really want to try it out :D
Hi Jemma, I love your recipes a lot and I've tried a few of them and they
are supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! I would like to bake this amazing
looking brownie. May I know what are your suggested tray size and chocolate
brand? I mean can I use milk chocolate or a mixture of milk chocolate?
+Dblackroze She uses a 10x10 inch pan, and I would suggest you use dark chocolate, at least 70% to get an intense chocolate flavour. Personally I always use Lindt chocolate, but that can get quite expensive, but I wouldn't go for the cheapest brand on the market! The better chocolate you use, the better your brownies will taste.

A few tips for anyone trying to make these at home, you'll need BIG
jalapenos. Smaller ones just can't contain enough cornbread mix in them and
you'll end up making a mess. Also, there is absolutely no way on god's
green earth 7 jalapenos will hold 1lb of cornbread mix, unless they're
freakishly huge, which they might be in some cases. I'd start with half of
the cornbread and water, so 6 oz cornbread mix and 3/4 cups water. I made
these the other night and figured I'd share this.
Alright Tasted- how about you do what I already tried- take the Rubin
sandwich and mash it up with that classic comfort food, meatloaf. It took
me a few tries, but I now have it down pact. Let's see you try!!!!
Well i'm not a big fan of hot things but i guess i would try those, knowing
i've had something like what you made before,i just didnt eat the
Jalapeño,only the breading and cheese
Do cheeseburger nuggets. Or anything and a cheeseburger. I'm on a quest to
burger-fy everything. So far I've done pasta, casserole, tortilla chip dip,
lasagna.. the list goes on.
