Well, some of those are actually the drivers fault, driving that fast close
to parked trucks when there is a pedestrian crossing is an accident waiting
to happen.

+Sarah Barton True, but it's the drivers responsibility to adjust his/her speed to the road conditions, and passing 30 cm from a parked car just before a pedestrian crossing is acting like an idiot.

They shouldn't allow cars to park so close to crossing so cars can't see them . But some are doing it on purpose
