Yes you can, honestly I prefer it over Olive oil because it doesn't have that Olive flavor. But that's just my personal preference because I don't like olives. I have a pumpkin cheesecake muffin recipe on my channel where I use canola oil and they came out insanely good. If you are interested in seeing them done that way :)
