Silicon molds does work only in microvaves n ovens or do they prefrable in without using ovens

If cake baked in cooker or a big utensil then for cupcakes did silicon cups work proper ....?? It will do harm anyway ??

+Bhavna's Kitchen May i know if you have used FLAX SEEDS which is same thing by which we get Linen Oil or Lin-Oil and how do you conclude it as a Rising Agent as Egg does, i am curious to know this fact on urgent basis

+Mayankesh Tiwari It doesn't work as rising agent but binding agent. For rising agent baking powder and soda is used.

+Akshat Goyal 3 oz would be about 1/2 cup and if you do not have sour cream, simply use thick yogurt.

Brown is unpolished sugar, its better than the white one..
