//www.kingsbodyjewelry.com Another good questions I get from a lot of beginners is what size/gauge to start stretching your ears at. The 2 sizes I always ...
Starting My Gauges ,12g
I Started Off With 12 , Thats The Biggest The Man Told Me I Can Started With , Im ONLY Going Up To 6 ,
Starting to Gauge/Stretch/Taper Your Ears From the Original Ear Piercing
I went out and got some 10G gauges today at Spencer's. They are from Body Rage. They're just little, teeny white ones to match anything.
That looks like its too big of a size to start out with.and dont skip
sizes.if it hurts too bad when your taper isnt even halfway through.u might
want to let your ears heal more.or get a smaller size to start
What size are you putting your ears?because if its a 16g its quite large
for a 16 I have 14gs in right now and they're smaller than toothpicks but
I'm upsizing soon so I'm pretty excited
Hi their, you said when I park the truck and turn it off it won't start
until the engine cools off? more then likely you have a high pressure oil
leak. try to take off your ICP sensor and plum in a fitting that fits in to
the ICP thread hole located on the passenger side valve cover its
underneath the hot side turbo pipe, inject the shop air into the ICP hole
and listen for air coming out of the oil filler neck and the crank case
breather tube located on the driver side valve cover. Good luck.
I don't know how to begin to thank you for all the info you have posted on
here. I bought a scan gauge11. Programmed it and with in minutes found out
why my 03 super duty 6.0 wouldn't start. FICM was at 25 volts. Got a new
unit , installed and it started right up and runs like a champ. This is
after I spent a $1000 to a mechanic who couldn't diagnose the problem. he
was playing a guessing game changing out sensors. Again many many thanks
i have a 05 6.0 f350 this truck has set for about 6 to8 months went
to start it and all it does is crank no start I replaced fic about 2 years
ago, had the head gasket, egr and high oil psi pump replaced about 1 year
ago on the fic but showing no power going to it was just wondering if it
could go bad just setting there it ran fine when when I last drove it
have any ideas
Thank you so much! My 03 6.0 wouldn't start. I got the scan gauge II my
ficm, syc and ipr were all good but my icp read 0 while cranking. I pulled
out the air filter and saw that the wiring harness was smashed against the
corner of the engine block and was shorting out. I fixed the wires
re-tapeded it up and all is good! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
04 F250 Would crank but not start. Watched your videos then ran up to Auto
Zone and bought the ScanGauge II. Set it up and in about 15 minutes i was
out moving wires due to a no sync. Truck fired right up. Need to find the
short but at least I know what the problem is. Thanks for the great vids
and awesome lessons!
have a 2004 ford f550 i changed wgr delete gaskets injectors ficm long
crank after it start if check engine light comes on will not start have to
disconnect battery to reset computer or if truck is running allday when i
park it will not start until it cool what can be problem
great videos using the scan gauge 2 for these fords. I just got mine in
and set it up. I'm getting normal readings but the icp reads at 8 psi with
the key on. Is this normal I see in your video you get 0 psi. At idle I
get map 14.7 ebp 17.0 vgt 81 and icp 587
Ron I admire you for your knowledge but mostly for your way to share and
try to educate others free of charge that is rare coming from a guy who
make the living from repairs on those DSL engines . My respect and keep up
your educational videos. All the best Alex.
My truck just left me stranded in the parking lot. Long crank/no start and
I'm not hearing the injector chatter and the fuel pump only hums for 2-3
seconds before stopping. Where should I start? '06 6.0 f350
THANK YOU!!! JUST HAD ONE COME IN AND FOUND THAT THE CRANKING PRESSURE IS
LOW ABOUT 70PSI FOR THE ICP. TOOK THE IPR OUT AND FOUND PART OF IT'S SCREEN
LODGED IN THE SOLENOID.
hey Ron, love your videos. Helps out alot on where to start. Do you still
recommend the X-gauge or is their something better out there for a shade
tree mechanic like myself.
You are welcome Greg. Thank you for believing and taking the effort. I
really like the scan gauge two for the average guy. It has a lot of uses
esp for the price.
Ford 6.0 crank no start. different senarios and diagnosis with a ScanGauge X-gauge
Ford tech shows how to use a scan gauge x-gauge to diagnose the reason why a 6.0 powerstroke diesel is a no start Help me keep helping you! Donate now.
I have a 2004 f350 6.0 powerstroke and it came into the shop with a no
start condition. We could start it up with starting fluid and it would run
just fine. We could drive it for a couple of days and then we were back to
a no start situation. We already replaced the high pressure oil pump, the
ipr, and installed new batteries any thoughts?
Hey Ron. I bought a scan gauge 2 like in the video. But then gauges you
tell to watch arnt an option on it. Did you custom program your to read the
4 gauges?
