Man the money goes fast when you buy in bulk. Luckily we have a Sam's right
up the street, so I can go get whatever we need whenever we need it. No
need to drop a month's worth of money at one time. I like the smoked
almonds and the wasabi soy ones from Aldi's. My big thing right now is
sunflower seeds. A mouthful from time to time helps me get my crunch and
flavor fix.
+Gastric Tiger ya those are great to toss in a salad too. I'm looking to pickup some roasted Pumpkin seeds next month ... love those also and they have a ton of Zn too
+QuiltingConnieB yes my mother has the same problem ... I actually go over to her place and pre-package all the nuts into 1 oz ziplock bags for her. I think it helps a little bit ... hoping its too much of a nuisance to go back and get a second pack out of the cupboard! lol
+Liz L 30g/1oz per serving. but i have 2-3 times a day, easy calories for me! I would have larger portions but my gallbladder is not functioning so I'm not entirely sure i could process much more fat at one time! I don mix nuts! heh
