To get better battery life, first completely charge your phone to 100% then drain the battery with normal usage to about 5 - 10% then recharge it to 100% again and after that keep using normally. To get more out of your phone keep a check on the apps that require syncing, generally apps that require background data are culprits that drain battery. You can download games from the Play Store.

Yes, GPS works fine, by scanner if you mean barcode scanner or QR code scanners then yes they work fine as well. There are no major issues with the device, rest you can read in our full review.

Depends on what you are looking for, if its gaming then the Canvas 2 Plus, but build quality and battery life the Galaxy Core takes the crown.

None of these support FB Home, there are very few phones that do. But its a very bad launcher in my opinion.

Its 4GB out of which 2.5GB is available to the user, but apps and games are movable to the SD card.

Games install on the SD card by default. You can get a class 6 SD card or higher.

Yes, it is now available in India. We've already reviewed the single SIM variant, there is no difference between the two apart from the additional SIM card slot. If its gaming you are after then the Xperia M will be a better choice but you can't move apps/games to the SD card, after that the Galaxy Grand Quattro will be the better bet. It doesn't since its dependent on the display resolution, only HD resolution displays can play YouTube HD videos with the official app. However you can download apps like ShowTime which let you play YouTube videos in HD on any smartphone.

Can somebody tell that weather this mobile supports 2G internet? There are a lot of reviews which says 2G packs are not working. Only 3G packa are supported.. Have somebody faced this issue?

Yes, you can move apps/games to the sd card. You don't need any specific apps to keep the performance of the phone good. Just keep a track of apps that use too much ram or background data.

Yes it should be similar however with a larger display, although same resolution, a little bit more memory and graphics processing will be used to scale pixels to the display size.
