If the OBDII is left plugged in even while the car is off, will it drain the battery?

I've had it plugged in since this video was uploaded and haven't had any issues.

Does it read air fuel ratio or is a wideband needed?

I have the full app now, and it does read AFR.

The OBDII port is right above your brake pedal along the underside of the dash.
