The title here is "which accounting software is best" and this implies you will talk about several options. You don't. You talk about Quickbooks. Quickbooks is overkill for most small businesses. And most entrepreneurs are not expert in accounting-speak. Maybe you could talk about really really basic accounting options. And how about for Macintosh (Quickbooks for Mac has a bad bad rep)?

Yes. The layout is almost identical. The only real difference between the 2 is that Sage 50 has some extra features.

Been using Freshbooks since QBO site went down for 4 days aprox 4 years ago. I could not invoice clients, send out proposals or view business information. So I switched to Freshbooks and was blown away with its simplicity. I can see if my customers viewed or did not view invoices or estimates. This triggers a marketing response or a confirmation that their estimate or invoice was acknowledged. Also, QBO is weak with mobile devices, Freshbooks has no reduced functions for mobile devices.

+Hillary caldwell  Hello.. probably the easiest is to make a separate copy of the ledger for each driver...which is very easy to do and does not cost anything to make a copy.
