Wes, I guess you had to edit out Kate's remarks when YOU irresponsibly
(according to Kate) let Lola fall into the water. LOL. Well, in addition to
expletives (removed) I'm pretty sure you got your backside chewed.
Remember, No matter what, it's always the guys fault and we deserve the
grief they give us. And then, 30 years from now (as in my case) they will
inform you that they gave you the best years of their lives. Haha! My plan,
when I retire, is to sail alone or with my son or nephew to a location that
is served by a major airline. Then I'll have my wife fly down, hang out for
a week or so and then, before I'm forced to throw her over the side, I'll
put her back on the plane and continue sailing in peace and quiet. But
that's just the way I run. All joking aside (sort-of), we enjoyed the video
very much and as always look forward to future contributions. Cheers!
That looks like my kind of place. How are the prices at that grocery store?
Wish you would have shown some more video of the crab and rice. The chicken
looked good too. Thanks for the upload.
+Wicked Salty Our first trip to the Caribbean was a vacation on St. John - a half gallon of milk, some bagels, peanut butter, a pound of coffee, and a box of Cheerios set us back about $45. Sticker shock for sure! In the islands, pretty much all grocery items have to be shipped in from the US (in the case of STJ they are shipped to St. Thomas THEN over to St. John). All of that additional shipping jacks up the cost.
+Mr. Midshipman Expensive like everywhere in the Bahamas, I think it was double-triple (U.S. prices) on most items at least. I know, its frustrating on the loss of my go to camera, the canon s120, which had so much more from this rock sound stay
I won't lie. When I first came across your videos I really wanted to like
them but the video and editing quality wasn't good and I just couldn't
stand watching
Just ran across your channel again. MUCH BETTER QUALITY NOW! You've earned
my subscription. Cannot wait to see more of your adventures.
+GDLutz Good to know I'm starting to do something right! Sometimes you just gotta do it anyway you can, I didn't want to miss out capturing any first experiences!
+beachplumb US citizens still haven't been given the complete green light.  There are some requirements and restrictions still in place, but we're headed the right way, and that's exciting.  When we are allowed to go, expect to have some hoops to jump through, such as having proof of health insurance, etc.  (The guy in this video was able to go because he is not a US citizen). Good info.: //www.cnn.com/2015/07/17/travel/cuba-travel-feat/
+Sea Lover (1) The U.S. embargo doesn't prevent him - as a citizen of the Bahamas - from going there, and (2) Obama has normalized relations between the U.S. and Cuba, so a U.S. citizen is now permitted to travel to Cuba as well (unless the normalization process hasn't yet been fully implemented - I'm not sure).
