Yes, there is a risk - that is what the clinician is for; are they really
serious about not drinking enough to be started on a drug with abuse
potential, to assist abstinence, & maybe treat underlying anxiety as well.

Without clinical judgement we may as well be replaced with robots now. The
test options are good, to be used or not, depending on therapeutic
relationship dynamics. Having it available would be nice though.
