no definately a full scoop. you will not be getting enough calories at all with half. I only use half when adding a boat load of other ingredients. What plan are you following? do you have a rep?

Yes I use the shakes everyday as they help with my IBS. If you add me on facebook I can tell you more details on my bowel movements!

There's no corn in JP+ you can't even have corn in the plan due to the high level of chemicals used in its production.

Fact: whey protein is the highest BV protein available. Fact: whey protein
isolate absorbs the more efficiently than any other protein. Fact: the vast
majority of lactose in whey protein isolate is naturally removed when it it
created. Fact: this guy is trying hard to make a buck. Fact: few of his
claims are actually backed by science and years of research.

Well you are knocking Whey protein because you are comparing to what you're
selling. Fair play to people making money off Juice Plus but Its a bit of
shame because it's such an average product and tests prove this. It makes
me cringe to listen to people put it on a pedestal when they're just
thinking of money. People will continue spending a fortune for a product
that won't truly benefit them any more than a similar cheaper product that
the salesman/woman can't make any money off. Now I'm going to drink juice
plus to recover my fingers after this long essay lolz

+JP33 That is not the case, because there is research behind the fact that Whey causes inflammation. Do the research yourself. You can't say it doesn't work unless you yourself have tried it as I have for a number of years and those who I have come into contact with are more focused on helping people than making money, not that it's not on their mind, but it is not their focus. Is anyone forcing you to take the product?? If you think that no one is making money off of the cheap product your wrong. Someone made it and purchased it to sell in stores, but how much testing went into it before they released it to the general public. Think about that before responding.
