Good lighting in this video, very flattering. I sometimes brush my bread with good olive oil mixed with a bit of pureed garlic, a little salt and maybe pepper. The omega 3's in the olive oil are a little healthier than the butter. I tad bit of shaved hard cheese melts nicely over that too. Pretty garlicy though, which not everybody is into.

I sometimes buy the frozen Stouffers bread pizza and just add onions,garlic and more cheese to the top then bake it.

Haha I like how some commentators actually offer advice to help improve Tom's "cooking." I think you may have missed some vital clues along the way that suggest Tom doesn't need help with his cooking techniques. But he does need help.
