you could make a smaller one. 4 eggs, half loaf of bread. cut everything in half. i put the leftovers in the fridge and the boys ate it up as dessert one night. it was like eating a cinnamon roll. hahaha not sure about the freezing? i dont freeze much. :( so i have no experience.
hahaha my house smelled like i had candles burning!!!!! cinnamon apple! LOL it is worth it for the scent alone to bake this! haha its so easy, and inexpensive to make, i even thought about making it one morning for my neighbor who car pools all the kids down to the bus stop every morning! :D

First off, love your channel and I follow Noreen as well. I may have found
you through her channel. 1) I m kicking myself that I didn't make Noreen's
bread recipe which I considered doing but didn't, and now leading to 2) I
will and I will be making this the coming weekend! Oh, and I did NOT know I
could make my own brown sugar. I'll be searching for that video.
