Show you the basic of the xss hack - cookie stealing - performed over a prefabricated forum. Please stop asking me (PM) about helping you cracking things.
i dont get though how it grabbing the cookie that guy in that thread was
that you or what? and whoever clicks that url is cookie-grabbed, but where
is the xss in that? unless youre in js you put the buying xss part in an
iframe, i dont get it
for webmasters: js: replace greater than symbol or lower than symbol with
their html equivalents php: same thing in POST and GET values before
inserting in database or html side
i don't get it. Post us what tools we need to have to do this because you
used md5 cracker(put download) and something else you used(put download
also).
I recently joined the gym and do high rep supersets atm. I find it's
effective for me starting out because it helps me feel which muscles I'm
using as well as learning to have good form.
I do supersets with jumping jack's between them to keep my heart rate up??
It's pretty beginner but I'm enjoying it as well as the results.
I'm glad I found your channel and appreciate the great insights and
knowledge you share, I saw you reply to questions so was wondering if I
could ask one of my own? How would i transition my workouts into more of a
HIIT workout (for fat burning) yet still with an overall goal of muscle
endurance/fitness?
My goal right now isn't building muscle mass yet but will be once my
endurance is where I need it. (If that info helps or is relevant to
providing an amswer) Thank you so much!!
+Bec Smith If you want to maintain as much muscle as possible then I'd suggest just performing your weight training workouts as normal, and then incorporating separate HIIT cardio work for fat loss.
Hey Sean thanks for another helpful lesson! Like other comments below i
wanted to know your thought on drop sets? I'm a naturally skinny guy,
working out to build size. I track all my workouts with pen and paper and
try and beat my reps or weight every week but i feel dropsets are good for
me as I workout alone so it allows me to get another 4 or 5 reps past my
failure point with the previous weight. Should I be doing this u think?
