I agree with you. I wore weave braids constantly and never wash them when I was relaxed. My hair grow tremendously. Now that I'm natural I don't know what to do lol. HELP?

+Saron Tekle Hi Saron you hair will grow at it's normal rate. You might have more length-retention since you hair will be in a protective style most of the time.

great tips girl!! i used to be the queen of braids too the micros for like 3 yrs lol but i didnt know what to do with my hair when i took it out so my hair didnt grow as much or should i say i didnt retain as much length as i should have, thankz for sharing i love protective styling its great!! :)

Hi marquita83, that is funny. I thought I was the only one wearing weave braids for years at a time. Micros are tricky because they can become damaging to your real hair because they are so tiny. Back in the day, I was clueless about how to manage my real hair too. But then I found YT, thankfully. I love protective styling also. I am so used to locking my hair down with braids that it is easy to leave my hair in PHS now that I am natural. Thanks for watching & commenting (:

Love this method so much Thank you! But I would want to get to my root and not have the puffy look my hair is really curly and if my roots aren't right it will make the rest of my hair curl right back up. But Thank You you did great. I'm going to try this now.
