1:55 On a multi-lane road, you are not being nice when you stop to let someone turn. You can't control the brakes of the cars in the other lane.

true, but the front (red) car looked as though it was turning right into that same plaza.  It's also doubtful that red car would've stopped to let someone turn given they would've saw at least 1 car behind them.
