Blackstrap Molasses | Benefits & Uses | The Beauty Reel
This video is dedicated to the magnificent Blackstrap Molasses. What is it, why should you be having it and how to have it- I'll answer all of that in this quick video ...
+Valerie Divine Gibson Hi Valerie, it is definitely slightly sweet but is very beneficial for diabetes as well. My father is a diabetic and I insist that he takes 1/2 a teaspoon diluted in hot water daily. You will have to check the sugar levels before and after taking blackstrap molasses to check how it reacts in the diabetic individual's body. More details on blackstrap molasses can be found here on my blog. -> //thebeautyreel.com/eat/benefits-and-uses-of-blackstrap-molasses/. I am sure you will find other pieces that will interest you as well such as Oil Pulling which is a great treatment for diabetics and all other individuals as well. Hello. I have much grey hair. But in our country not blackstrap molasses.
Can I use mulberry, carob or grape molasses and will be same effect if I
use in few month?
+Nara Azeri Hi, I haven't tried the other molasses and do not have enough information on that so I'm not sure unfortunately. Do you think you could order the blackstrap molasses online? You can find it on amazon etc. Sorry for not being of much help. Please have a look at my blog on www.thebeautyreel.com, for other content that might interest you as well. Best, Ishika
+John Bell Hi John, I prefer warm water simply because it's easy to dilute the molasses in there, but it's completely up to you. The idea is to consume it, so whatever way you prefer - juice/water, go ahead. Hope that helps. Let me know what you decide! :) Have a lovely week and please do check out other health related natural treatments on my blog www.thebeautyreel.com. Best, Ishika

First Molasses Video: //youtu.be/r58exBTIfOk?list=PLhQnjbzuK41FWVUeX8R0gSyy18kIWLf58 //youtu.be/r58exBTIfOk Feedback about my experiences ...
Great info, I never knew molasses has so many benefits. I've tried it once
long ago and boy was it sticky and bitter. I may can incorporate it again
in a smoothie. Thanks for your update.
it has so many benefits indeed! it is definitely also an acquired taste. hopefully you get on will with it incorporating it. Thanks for watching and continuing to support sis x
Thanks for this video, I have some in my cupboard I'm definitely going to
start putting a spoonful in my green smoothies. I have hypoglycaemia and
issues with atrocious menstrual cramps, I didn't know all these potential
other benefits of molasses.
Blackstrap Molasses Benefits & Anemia, Blackstrap molasses has numerous benefits from providing essential trace elements like copper to supplying a healthy ...
I use to drink molasses when I was pregnant with my twins my blood level
was very low that the doctors wanted to give me a blood transfusion so I
started taking a spoonful a day and to God be the glory my blood level
became normal and I didn't need the blood transfusion.
+onmykneesforYehova Apply to damp hair,if you have the thick molasses, add enough water to thin it out....put a cap on hair up to 40 minutes and wash out with plain warm water...same thing applies to honey
Thanks for your informative video. I take a lot of Vitamin C. I didn't know
that taking a lot of Vitamin C depletes you of some Copper. Hmm. But yeah,
I've been dealing with anemia & iron deficiency recently. And I'm dealing
with menstrual issues right now. And I do have arthritic issues since my
surgery a while back. So, some of the health issues you mentioned I'm
dealing with right now. The last time I was anemic, last year, I did buy a
jar of Molasses & I would pour some with a glass of milk & that helped some
with my anemia & iron deficiency. It looks like I'm going to have to buy a
new bottle of Blackstrap Molasses this week. Also, it's getting close to
Christmas & holiday time & many people are using Molasses for their baked
cookies & holiday treats. It's a good time to buy Molasses. Anyways, thanks
again for the extra information, & I wish you a nice week & a good Holiday
season. :-)
+VelvetGal5 If you've still got some from last year left over, just use that. I'm using my jar from over 3 years ago and it's still fine and tastes great. Remember, it's been boiled several times and it still has a high sugar content, so theoretically, you could use it for years. :-)
Are you sure the sugar in blackstrap molasses isn't bad for you? I'm
worried it's going to give me yeast and eczema breakouts like white sugar
does... Is the sugar in it not the same as the sugar made from sugarcane?
Also do you know how all the nutrients survive the boiling processes? I
thought heat kills nutrients. Thank you!
+syyenergy7I'm not boiling it lol. Blackstrap molasses is the result of boiling sugarcane or whatever three times and is the leftover waste after most of the sugar is extracted so that's why I'm wondering how the nutrients survive being boiled three times. So then the sugar in this is not the same as white sugar? Thank you!
