I really like Richard Verma, I find him to be very professional, and both countries, the US and India, strongly believe in the government being answerable to the people, as well as other democratic values, both countries have tremendous potential, and both seem to be allied in the war on terror, which is set to be a generation/generations battle, along with joint interests in "balancing" the rise of China, and thus, why the bolstering of bilateral relations would not occur, is beyond me.

Maintaining both relations is posible for now but if it ever comes down to it choose us over the russians. If you want to know why just take a trip to the country's that are our friends and russias opposition and vice versa and think about where you would wanna live. I hope we become true allies in the future but for now things r a bit uncertain. Anyway happy to see all of the country's of the world are starting to develope good luck!

China is investing in local Asian market, hence pipeline deal in Pak with Russia, big deals with Saudi, even plants in India etc.China will never attack Jap/Vietnam. War is not in anyone's interest and US will never support India over Russia, trust me - US is even scared to fight Iran. They have too many wars which don't end, they can't afford more. Wars with Muslims has cost them too heavily, its not like Japan or Vietnam where you can bomb and later make friends. This is on going. Will never stop now, we all know it.
