With the exception of Peduto, each person interviewed was not the only representative of their organization or university that could speak on the subject of Pittsburgh's comeback. If the interviewers were truly out of luck on finding another demographic to speak with, then they should have interviewed Pittsburgh residents who can tell the story of the city's comeback based on their experience of living it.

+Lydia Yoder these 'white men' are extremely relevant to the growth of Pittsburgh (which is what this doc is about). Maybe if there were more women in those positions, they'd be interviewed.
