I'm a Server Engineer so not used to this tool. Although it is used by our clients. What is the difference between the different version of Control M, you can see there are different icons on the desktop even in this example. Thanks for the video, gives me an idea of what it is used for. The UI is not too dissimilar to the UI in Bladelogic.

+Game Ovais So there are many thing different on both end between V7 (shown) and V8\V9 (latest). Without giving links to a great whats new in the BMC education site here is a slide show that I hope helps. Robert, Thank you for sharing this is very informative. I recently found one of your old BMC world presentations on how to use node groups for bulletproof job processing. I was curious how you implemented these Genbatch servers to operate with the source code server. Did you have jobs to copy scripts/programs from the source code server or was the source code server mapped from each of the Genbatch nodes and the batch processing was done on the Genbatch "cluster" but the results were then saved to the respective systems? Thank you for your insight! Hal Kor
