Lyin' Leo is at it again. Where is the apology? None; instead, deny and
distract and deceive:
1. He is not 'doing everything humanly possible..' to address the situation
- he has failed to engage Faculty and he has failed to engage Students.
2. "This is not what UMKC is about.." - it was, unfortunately, though,
under Leo. He is solely responsible for giving Song the support and rewards
($1.6m in salary alone in the last 4 years) for carrying out the apparent
frauds. If UMKC is going to be about something other than a kleptocracy,
Leo must go.
3. "..concrete steps.. a new dean... a new director.." - this is NOT a new
dean - he is the past associate dean and was doing the dean's job while the
past dean was absent; in other words, it is the same administration who
signed off on all of the misrepresentative numbers.. and while the director
is new to UMKC, he is not to K-State where it is said they were glad to see
him go... and please do understand that these two 'new leaders' , and they
ALONE, were responsible for the only numbers that the Princeton Review
rejected (the 2014 numbers)... in other words, Leo's steps are broken
4. ".. a new faculty oversight commitee.." - Leo and his dean actually
cannot establish this - as violates the school's rules - so, no, it is not
Leo who is doing this but the Faculty... with Leo apparently trying to take
credit
5. "..getting more people involved.." - this has not been done as yet;
Leo's non-transparent moves and closed team has not reached out to Faculty
or Students to become 'involved' in investigating what actually drove all
of this bad behavior (greed?), nor will he ever do so..
6. "..dependent on the actions of one individual.." - first, there were
many more people than one involved (that is why two have been fired ..err,
resigned.. so far), and if anyone is to blame for allowing one person to
have influence it is Leo and the current dean; perhaps the leadership that
allowed it to happen should take some blame??
7. "..a one year moratorium.." - laughable, really, like the 2014-15 Knicks
saying that they too have a moratorium on pursuit of the NBA title.
Leo, seriously, apologize and step down... it is getting embarrassing.
Hostos Community College Exhibition, "Mass Cultural Unlabled"
Last summer, several students from Hostos Community College participated in off-campus study programs and they are being given the chance to showcase ...
Oraltech Labs worked for me and I think I tried most other products on the
market. It’s not easy as the program has you treating all causes of bad
breath just in case your suffering from any one cause and don’t know it.
However when I had bad breath I lost many job opportunities and all my
friends so I was happy to follow the program just to get my life back.
Anyway it’s worth it to cure bad breath.
