+Amanda D She has a video on this somewhere... I can't remember what it's called though. Sorry. Basically, she said yeah. As long as you feel like you can do it, and you're not putting anyone in danger for doing it, than you can. In fact, you aren't required to tell anyone you have a mental illness in the first place.I personally think if you're someone with mental illness who has it under control, you'd probably be more helpful than someone who read about it in a book anyway.

struggle with social interactions quite a bit and it's very difficult for
me and in a way, crippling. It feels like I am trapped within myself. I
believe I may have S.A.D. I really hope you see this. Thank you. ❤️

Hey Kati I love the video! my journal topic is a quote from a book I just
read entitled "Siddhartha" by Herman Hesse. "We are not going in circles,
we are going upwards. The path is a spiral; we have already ascended many
steps." it gives me lots of hope when I worry about my eating disorder
recovery going in circles.

Holy cow! Thank you for saying that about not having to follow other
people's expectations! I have issues with like the "you're wrong. You'll
always be wrong" voice......not sure if this is making sense lol but like
if someone else has an expectation of me I feel obligated to follow it.

fall in love with a teacher? I'm a sophomore in high school now and I am
still head over heals for my 8th grade english teacher who not only happens
to be 33 years older than me but also happens to be a female. Is this
