Thats crazy.. I'm not talking $h/t about the Eclipse or the Vette. I have a 98 SS Camaro & a 06 Eclipse GS. I've been around cars and racing for as long as I can remember. That Spyder is a beast.. But I have to say, if that Vette had "TRUE" Z06 parts and a Procharger at 6psi... Thats Spyder would lose everytime. Which brings me to this, That Vettes driver/owner has No Clue hoew to drive or that Vette's parts arn't tuned to it's best performance. "Somethings wrong" But still a nice V8 Kill!

who ever made this is a fucking retard.. an LS1 is and LS6 Minus the H\C\I and usually when you do a Procharger upgrade that shit gets changed too, the fact that it looks like he has a D1 means that car is probably pushing somewhere around 600whp. with a set of DR's that car probably could hit nines, unless you got fucked up elevation, something is wrong with the car leaking boost or something worse.. I have a boosted C5, your car isnt bad, but his car is def better built then yours.

@thing503 03-04 cobras run mid 12's to high 12's. if you see someone running 13's they need to go to driving school. with a trap of over 109mph the car is in the 12's deep in the 12's. everyone knows pullied and full bolt ons can run high 11's to maybe mid 11's ported you changed the displacement of the supercharger from a 1.7L up to a 2.1L so know the supercharger is more efficient. making more power per lb of boost. throw on a 2.6 pulley and 3.73 gears i guarantee 120+mph trap.

@santiagomel00 yes it will, I've done it. a friend of mine and I use to race all the time. he has a ported cobra and at the time I had a cam only z06. from 40-140 I would put a car on him every time. both of us know our cars and can drive them well, so this was not a drivers race. also, every ported cobra will not make 520hp, most are around 490-500. with every mod you can think of, slicks, and one hell of a driver you can get a ported cobra in the 10's.

That's how much the car weighs with me in it, plus a half tank of gas... The LS1 fully optioned T/As are the heaviest of the F-bodies... Most of the Corvette guys around here think their C5 or C6 Vettes are the fastest cars the road with the stock cam + bolt-ons. They are really no match for my full weight T/A... I've had my fair share of runs against people who don't know how the drive worth a damn...

get it right dsmeclipsegsx its a heavy 4cyl VERT ....vs a resonably light procharged v8 hahaha .....that cobra even pulled on the vette (not suprised) it had a few bolt ons and port job on the eaton ....thats nothing compared to "normal" cobra mods.....nice kill btw i like seeing vette owner get shown up most of them trash talk to much .....all i say is atleast i own my car hahah

no may cam only z06 ran mid 11's on street tires. i'm talking about the way it sat in the video. in the video it say's it runs 12.2 @ 121. my cam only z06 ran mid 11's @ 125. where's the confusion? oh and he'll need to run faster than that to run with me now (forged shortblock + 18psi) haven't been to the track yet but i should trap high 140's-mid150's.

I dont know what was wrong with the vette I wasnt there. By the sound of it that dousche was probably running 87octane and mistook the brake for the throttle pedal.

awesome gs-t, and @obsoliit z06 didn't come with prochargers not vette has come factory with one only ZR1 and there supercharged, and you don't tune PCMs pcm stands for power control module, your ECU or ECM stores are your engine controls not your pcm it distributes power to sensors and the car, just so you know...

@santiagomel00 that's a fact? So no matter what You are saying that it will guaranteed make that much power? I don't think a ported and pullied cobra is going to make it from high 12's and low 13's straight to high 10's just by trimming off some excess metal and pullying it.

Please explain? Sorry I have never heard of a "cam only" c5 z06 and makes over 500whp and has a trap speed capable of 10's.... Like I said I find it hard to believe that you gained almost 20mph in the 1/4 with just a cam....

turbo has nothing to do with top end... A turbocharger is just a replacement for displacement because of the fact that you can have your own atmospheric pressure whatever you want it to be within reason of course...

All i know is, corvettes come out of the factory to be put to race. Eclipses on the other hand, they are tuner cars. You MAKE them what you want them to be. 5th Generation eclipse with S-AWD and Turbo. Yes plz.
