+maggie townsend If you will get good camera - you are in luck. If camera is defective - most likely you will loose your money. Don't believe that GearBest say about their warranty or returns - they will screw you up. It took me 3 months to get my money back and that's just thanks to my credit card, because PayPal is totally useless. I still lost $20 bucks on shipping camera back.

+Robert Skip Curran I also ordered phone battery from GeraBest, did not get. Because of outgoing claim with camera, PayPal said that I'm just trying get back on GearBest. I did not go any farther - no reason to argue for another 3 months for $4 battery. As much as I understand, if I don't have a proof that camera was delivered - it's my fault. If GearBest have no proof battery was delivered - some how it's still my fault! No more GearBest or PayPal for me - credit card it is. Not as convenient or sometimes can't use at all - but credit card company really got my back this time.

+Algimantas Medelis True, PayPal seemed to me to be more interested in Gearbest's feelings than mine. PayPal said I was not being truthful about not receiving my purchase. I showed them the proof, and after two months, refunded me without an apology. I'm glad to get my money back, but not happy to have been treated as a liar by PayPal. By the way, the United States Postal Service lost the package, and they refused to own up as well. All around bad experience with Gearbest, PayPal, and the soulless USPS

They didn't want to listen to me either, BUT they eventually refunded my money - reluctantly. I won't be shopping at Gearbest any more, and if PayPal ever again gives me another We-don't-believe-you look, I'll stop using them.Got my money back. Bought a camera (KDLink) from Amazon. KDLink people were eager to please. PayPal and Gearbest could learn from them.

PayPal is no help at all! They stand behind the seller, because buyer does not pay them. I got my money back just because I closed my original bank account long time ago and was using credit card. Called credit card and they simply took money from PayPal.

+Algimantas Medelis I appreciate the support! - And sorry for your loss.A couple of years back I had a very small business making wooden stilts and selling them on the Internet. Did so for over ten years. Over those years I only had a couple of customers who failed to get their stilts because of either UPS or USPS. One customer who was particularly nasty, I returned twice money as much as he paid me, to keep him happy. Another, much more understanding customer, I immediately shipped them another pair of stilts. In both cases I went the extra mile - at my loss - to maintain good relations. I asked GearBest to consider doing the same - silence.

I got my first camera without any problems. second camera was dead. For almost three months I'm fighting to get money back. After PayPal's involvement I was able to return camera back. Now its about two weeks after I sent camera but still did not hear anything about my money. Will not buy anything from this company again!
