I don't know if you saw but there is a movement tab in the camera options.
The world movement setting seems to adjust how the camera looks to the
horizon. When you're going up hill the camera shifts down and you see more
from the hood or dash depending on the view. Vice versa when going down
hill the camera shifts up and you see less hood/dash. The G force effect
makes it so when your accelerating you slide back in the seat and when your
braking you slide forward into the wheel. The settings for these two
options seem to be inverted. World movement at 0 makes your view pitch the
most while at 100 your camera does not pitch at all. G force effect at 0
makes your camera not move forward or back at all while at 100 you can
really see acceleration and deceleration. I've found world movement at 100
and having some g force effect to be the best.
