Though this particular Haka is for Maori only or for people with Maori ancestory. You'll notice no Samoans in this team. This is the New Zealand Maori team; not the All Blacks. The whites in the team has Maori ancestors. This Haka talks about the beginning of Maori culture and where they come from, so it makes sense that only Maori can do it.

Anyone can lead the Haka; provided he's gonna do it justice. A ginger, an African, an Asian or a blonde can lead the Haka if he knows the words, actions and has the ability to properly express it right. There's no point getting a Maori to lead the Haka if de doesn't speak Maori, dances like a weasel in front of the opposing team.
