Long out of print, I found it used online. Usually goes betwen $30 - $60 the times I've seen it listed.

I'm hoping to make my first ever visit to the US in the next year or so but I'm a vegetarian. From what you've seen do you think it's easy to find restaurants that cater for vegetarians in most places please? In Europe it's really easy to be a vegetarian in Italy but definitely not so in France.
