Jaguar XJ220 - Critic Core (Mega-CD Month Part II)
Why was this episode a day late? I emitted explanatory birdsong here. Probably. https://twitter.com/CriticCoreShow Mega CD Month continues with the Critic ...
Heh, fair enough. I like to think that the sign under his portrait was "mysteriously changed" (probably to fit better with it and the other portraits all being under the headline "Unflattering Portraits")
Oh, the ending will be open ended in terms of I can always come back and do a special from time to time, but it'll still (this is a long way off, mind) draw a line under the Critic so I feel comfortable in moving on to do something different
But how long do you plan on going with the show? Is it: A) the ending permanent or B) it's like "okay, i'm going to leave the show open ended in case me or someone else comes back to it." AND WHEN IS HF LIFE 3- oh, sorry. Got my pent up frustration loose.
Personally I hope this never ends but i know that won't happen. but if it does, someone will carry the torch. And let me guess, Pendleton dies dosent he?
Heh, thanks! It definitely takes place in the time before Wheatley wakes up Chell and proceeds to trash the place, but as for how long before that, well, that's not something I've actually decided on yet. And as for the ending? Well, I definitely have something in mind, but I'd like to keep that as a surprise for now =P
I like to thank you for always taking time to answer my questions peter. It sows that you care for fanbase and won't keep quiet about things unlike a certain company, cough*valve*cough and I think you once said it took place before portal 2. And you had in ending in mind for Pendleton. I hope it's a happy one.
I haven't yet really decided on a timeline for the show. Might try to tie it (loosely) into the events of the two games, or might leave it as an alternate universe.
MahMusic: Groovy Havok from Jaguar XJ220 by Martin Iveson
Practically ANY song from this game's Sega CD incarnation is a favorite of mine. Groovy Havok just happened to be the one that stuck out today. Sorry Amiga ...
[VGM] Jaguar XJ220 (Sega / Mega CD) - Groovy Havoc
This music give me false nostalgia. When I listen to it I feel that it comes
from a place that I can call home and a place that I miss so much, but
unfortunately the place doesn't exist.I do not know who wrote this music,
but certainly,he is a genius.
+Fran Hernández I'm glad someone else remembers the Batman Returns OST. It was so good that as a kid I recorded it onto a tape so I could listen to it on my walkman.
This music scared me as a child - it reminded me a lot of the Unsolved
Mysteries theme music in certain parts. I was scared to listen to this
music in the dark
+Latiran Yeah... I wouldn't want to buy a mega drive or sega cd just for this game, but would love to play it. I do have a Wii and a Wii U, it could be good on that, perhaps.
This cd! 12.29 17.14 21.50 40.00, hows it possible a GAME-CD is so
professionelly written and laugh at 95% of all music today,,not to mention
"game"music. I dont wanna say it but sometimes i think how BGM can be so
good its almost a pity to put it in a game where so few afetr all can hear
it (Understand me correct now).. could go on looong to try explain my
greatfulness from 8 to 16-Bit musicvice and give you ppl some suggestions
if you missed some true "damn-I-cant-contain it" tracks ;)
piuh, memory? Was 20years ago but i remeberd it a cool level too. seems it
got most puke in posts its named here though :( SO, I s h o u l d go look
for a fukken job as got fired 2 weeks ago by some fony Fecks. BUT, now im
sitting here again stone-glued to the screen in awe of what - gently, mixed
with catchy - floats out of my speakers make me drown in tunes. /Take care
humans still got a soul..as we had in 70-80's but today referrs as weak or
