Railroad management can do some weird stuff that borders on neurotic....one time I was walking near a small norfolk southern yard in a somewhat remote location and I saw 2 guys come towards me out of the woods as surprised to see me as I was them. They were apparently taking the long way through thickets and briars to spy on the train crew there to see if they were complying with all safety and work rules.

Of course the tests are necessary! When I test I debrief for a maximum of ten minutes. The crew was probably arguing with the manager and that was the reason for the 25 minute delay. He should not have engaged if that was the case. They obviously passed the test.

Great Film. Lucky that your were there to capture this exercise. I'm surprise the district manager didn't come over to inquire what you were doing as his vantage point was across the hill from you. Keep up the great work. Love the videos your doing.

Unions.The demise of the great American worker.I'm a non union worker in a union facility.Lazy unions workers think of no one but themselves.Unions make me puke.I see it every day.The biggest union promoters are the lazy do nothing workers in the plant.Brainwashed fools.
