Thank you Barbara for inspiring to seek my own medical care. There's an HCAP program where I reside at. I was injured on 1/5/13. I was a housekeeper at a hospital where I slipped and hyperextended my right knee and pulled my lumbar area of my back. On June of that year I went back to school to get into the Medical Billing and Coding field and I have maintained a 4.0 GPA. I will be graduating in July of this year. I just had my deposition a few days ago and I had a trail lawyer and he did not even object to any questions that the defense lawyer asked me. And here's the kicker I have to pay to see my transcribed deposition. My lawyer after the deposition gave me some disappointing news and told me that I wouldn't win at my trail and at this point that most likely I'd be lucky if I got a lousy $5,000.00 despite all the hell that I have been through.
