Thank you so much for this! Two years ago I was involved in a traumatic
burn injury and I was burned over 40% of my body. I've been depressed and
just not myself ever since. I was having one of my episodes today and I
stumbled upon your channel and I'm so grateful. I was feeling sluggish and

Hello there. I just want to thank you for your beautiful class. I have
dealt with depression most of my life. I can tell you, yoga has done more
healing for me than any meds I've been on. Lately, I have been struggling
with my imbalance and I kept coming across this class through my search for
different yoga videos. Something told me to give it a try today and I am so
glad I did. After completing the flow, I feel like I can actually breathe
now. My mind and heart and body feel lighter. Thank you so much. Peace,

Hi :) I think this is my fave of your sessions so far. I wouldn't say I'm
fully depressed at the moment.. However, I have been into the depths of
depression and back many times in my life before I got sober, and lately
I've been in a place on the edge, where I know if I make a wrong move I
could very well end up in a relapse, of both depression and addiction. Some
people go to AA or NA, I practice yoga & meditation every day to keep
sober. I also have a very physically demanding job, so routines like this
one put me in the right place mentally, and also give me the energy I need
before going to work. I have to say that your videos have greatly expanded
my yoga practice, before following along with you, I wasn't really tuning
into my breath, but you make sure breathing is kept front and center by
constantly reminding us of it. I also want to thank you for what you do.
Yoga is an amazing lifestyle, and should not be limited only to people who
can afford classes at a studio. Everybody deserves to be able to practice
if desired, and people like you make that possible.

But, there are so many people, including myself, who have replaced chemicals with a regular yoga practice and it is life changing! ah thats just amazing!!! I do have a website www.alikamenova.com where under membership i have weekly uploads and a library of 85 classes so far. i am still uploading free classes and will be uploading hour long vinyasa. slowly but surely :) love and light.
not that guys shouldn't practice with this style of a workout but it is more female oriented. for a male i suggest my vinyasa and especially power yoga classes. bless
