I moved in to my Unit April 2014 the first problem I had was the Water Tower outside my unit would over flow every day and I was left with a Lake outside my window that never dried, From the very first week there was a problem with the Trash over flowing, this problem was never fixed. When I moved in there were Cracks in the walls and the outside wall would leak water into the unit, After reporting this problem to the Office it took 2 weeks before someone came to fix the leak and cracks, the Cracks return and were repaired 4 times in a year. a month after moving in the drains all back up on the ground floor, they came in to repair the tile floor after I went to the main office 3 times. you will be charged 1,500 piso for parking but if another person is in your space it is your problem. they claim they have Guards 24 hours aday 7 days a week this is not true in my building we would go weeks without having a guard. the best thing for you to do before you rent or buy a Unit is go there and talk to people that live there, the people will show you the problems and tell you how poor the management is. do not take one persons word on it go see for your self.
