My Tenants Have Done A Midnight Flit

Where did you learn to say "property" like you do?
.
The word is "property", with a y at the end, not a double e sound.
.
I have heard real common people say property, like you do but they were
very young women, still English, (not foreigners) in sales, in a real
estate office, on a television show .
Really naff and affected.
.
I hope you can learn to say property in the correct manner; if you have all
those other videos, I hope the bad pronunciation is not littered through
all of those.
.
.
Cheers.

Best you make yourself a cup of tea like we make it in the Midlands, don't settle for that tea-bag rubbish though, you sound like you are in need of a proper tea LOLAnyhow, whether you do or you don't is up to you, sorry but I refuse to continue to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.

NACA Review
This is a review of my personal experience with the NACA program - from the Realtor's and Buyer's perspective. Key Points: This program is TOUGH for ALL ...
I have decided to give up on the NACA program today! After my file has been
pass between two counselors, one secretary, and the office manager, and
they all required different documentation, written different ways, and they
all work in the same office. This program has made my home buyer experience
horrible! I have over 75 e-mails going back and forth, sending information,
volunteering, paying membership fees, paying twice for my credit report,
asking them to review my file and make sure documents are accurate, I am
just mentally drained and discussed. I have never submitted so many
documents any where before this program and to still not be sent to the
under writer's, smh! This program is almost impossible to get qualified. I
will shop around because I have waited so long, my score should be, where
it needs to be and that was all I was missing. So good luck to whomever is
with this program, because I have had enough. The last straw was when I was
copied on an unprofessional e-mail with my counselor, within that response,
was that he doesn't have time to respond to every one of my e-mails. While,
he did not respond to my calls, so the only option was to e-mail. I am
suppose to submit documents promptly and resubmit and resubmit. Again, this
process has been horrible, so if anyone can refer me to a program in
Florida, please do! I am done with the NACA program.
+Natasha Taylor Yeah it is pretty difficult and the MCs seem to be pretty unprofessional, even though there are a couple of good ones sprinkled in there. Good luck with everything. I would go to Dave Ramsey's website and click on ELP for a Realtor referral and then can Churchill Mortgage to see if they can help as well.
I'm wondering when you should apply or begin the process if you want to
move in the Fall of 2016. Do you have to begin looking once you're approved
to start looking for homes?
+Rebekah King I would say the sooner the better because you 1. do not know if the workshop will be full, 2. don't know how long it will take take to get an appointment, 3. don't know if they want you to do a payment shock or if you have to wait due to some financial hurdles. Once you get approved I believe the letter is good for 60 days, but you can always get an updated letter. Just remember to stay on top of scanning in your monthly bank statements and pay stubs. I also suggest speaking with another lender to see if there are other programs that you qualify for.
+jrad jrad Here is something positive: Our mortgage on a $200,000 home is around $1100 bucks and my client got a 0.5% interest rate - the common denominator of both of our files is that we had the money, credit score, etc to walk away from NACA.
+Janell Fields Hey Janell, how is the process going for you?
