I love this song now! I just heard it a few minutes ago, and had to listen
to it a few times. Great video! Too bad about the people who get in the
way of the view tho.
glad you found it. and yeah, I know about the people getting in front :(

Rush "Limelight" - Sept 2, 2010 Syracuse, NY Time Machine Tour
@squintyt4e well, I know many of the people that were in the front row, and
i doubt it was one of them. There isn't much difference between a digital
camcorder and a shoot-and-point these days except better image
stabilization capabilities. RUSH seems to have told venues that anything
goes except pro-rigs, but a camcorder would prob get Alex pissed off, I've
seen it happen before. The ARE so small however, could have happened
because staff there was totally hands-off. did I make any sense?
looks like you were about directly behind me, NICE vids!! what kind of
camera? no distortion, sweet. from what I've gathered, the Panasonic (go
figure!) Lumix "ZS_" series has THE BEST microphone, NO distortion and
crystal clear sound, but i bought a damn Canon, i'm pissed i didn;t know
ahead of time. i almost went and bought one anyway screw the cost! the
series is ZS1 (original) then they had the ZS3, 5, and the ZS7 just came
out recently. this is based on RUSh vids posted on youtube.
I just think that's men when they start talking about which is the best
camera to use to capture images of the show. I mean it makes sense, but my
mind isn't really like that...I mean I care to, but its more of an
after-effect. I'm mainly going: wow, fave band in home town...I didn't
think they'd end up playing the State Fair...That changes my perspective; I
had thought bands only played the State Fair in Syracuse when they had
become "has beens" but I guess this proves me wrong.
@MiriamSPia Well, yeah they played at state fairs and summerfests but, to
see the show you had to get a seperate ticket through just like any other
ampitheater they played on the first leg of this tour. Ticket prices were
pretty steep too. It's not like it was free show to anyone who attended a
state fair. in fact the tour was one of the highest grossing of 201 0. so
much so that Livenation and Rush decided to extend it for a second leg
which includes Europe
@ACELLOFAWARENESS It's a Canon Powershot (maybe A630??) - it's 5 years old
now, so it's not as sharp as the newer ones (like yours - nice footage this
tour btw), but the sound is clean and it gets the job done. BTW, I heard
there was someone shooting video with a digital camcorder in the front row
last night...did you see that from your vantage point up front?
LMAO at Lerxst at 2:05. @snapascrew - probably one of the hand dryers.
There is one about there in his kit and I think it has tendency to work
loose and rotate or something cuz I've noticed Gump is constantly fiddling
with it.
