you must train to get bigger, you dont get bigger muscles eating more. If
you are taking in .4-.6 grams of protein per pound of weight you are fine.
You dont need extra calories because then it will be a dirty bulk and you
will gain fat not muscle. Just train hard and long and you should be
gaining more weight as the months pass. Dont believe that you have to eat
more to get better results, thats not true :)
this video is BS man... eat 30, 000 calories a DAY... thats 2 footlongs
from Subway, 2 quarter pounders, 2 steaks, 3 large fries/wedges from KFC,
and b4 u sleep eat cottage cheese with BUTTER....... and for exercise... do
10 squats, 10 pushups, and 10 crunches...EVERY 10 mins..while ur awake...
GUARANTEE gain of 40 POUNDS/ week....... i guarantee it... have a nice day
:)
yes i uploaded a video recently so im just getting back to a few people on
here :) If you are getting bloated then it could be from the creatine.
Check out my video called " Creatine Myths Exposed! Truth About Creatine
Supplements!" that should help you out with that problem :) welcome to the
party lol
You need to find your basal metabolic rate. To explain it to you is pretty
difficult, it involves mathematical formulas so the easiest way to answer
your question is to search for a computer generated (basal metabolic rate
calculator) which you can find many online for free just do a search for it
:)
yo apologies for the long comment but i eat 4 eggs breakfast 1 protein
shake lots of water 4 meals a day 1 protein shake before workout and one
after plus creatine (the recommended amounts on the bottle) plus fruit, do
u think iv got the right idea? plus do weights 5 days a week.
i consume 4000 calories a day minimum and spreading those across 7 meals a
day is better because protein cant be stored and it gets used just as fast
as it gets consumed so 30 grams of protein per meal is the most efficient
way to eat if you want your body to grow faster
No need to apologize :) You should go to my channel and type in " How Much
Protein You Really Need?" it will help you out. Sounds like you will get
fat if you continue with your diet. I made lots of videos so have fun
watching and make sure you are subbed as well :)
your actually only supposed to take in 2 grams of protein per lb of
bodyweight who told you 4-6 grams ronnie fucking coleman unless your
competition ripped you dont need that much
+Charlene Ibarra I ordered consistently from them while on my journey so I can say yes as of the last time I ordered. Give them a call or email first just to be sure.

//ExplosiveMuscleBuildingSecrets.com Here's how to gain 10 pounds of muscle in a month. If you want a good muscle building plan, make sure you watch ...
You are doing something majorly wrong then. I've always been in good
physical strength and condition since the age of 4. I've done every sport
in the book but recently, 9 months ago I decided to build some mass. in 9
months I've gained over 20lbs of muscle. I started at 127lbs 12% body fat
on September first (I let my self go a little in the summer :/ ) and now
I'm 147 11% body fat as of may 5th. I do full body workouts every Monday
Wednesday and Friday. 18-24lbs of muscle a year is average.
You've done every sport in the book? I doubt that. Besides that, there is
no possible way, in hell, that you built over 20 ponds of muscle in less
than a year, especially at your current size and weight. It's called water
retention and fat gain. PS> You can only gain a max of 25 to 35lbs of
muscle in a normal physique. It eventually plateaus out: Ex: 1st year (10
to 12lbs) 2nd year (6 to 8) 3rd year (4 to 5) 4th year (2 to 3) etc etc and
so on. You didn't measure your weight and bfp right..
Ok, lol. I know how you feel at your age. You may feel almighty with trying
out many sports and reading a bunch of books on this stuff. However, you
lack humility. Please take advice from someone and other people that have
been in this for a long time and done this for many years k. I would
suggest speaking to a lot of older bodybuilders, coaches, and people with a
deep knowledge of this subject. You can't go by the words of one trainer.
You need broscience advice, not a scientist...
I don't know how old you are now. But dude, i wrested throughout high
school and built about 25 to 30 lbs of muscle over the course of 5 years. I
make minor changes to my routine every once in a while, but 24lbs of muscle
in a year is a super stretch. Plus you said you're 5"7.5 and you went from
127 to 147, which is just not possible through pure muscle. I went from 155
to 185, from age 14 to age 19 and I went from 5'10'' to 5'11'', and
decreased bfp from 17% to 10%..
Dude, you're not a bodybuilder and you have no idea what you're talking
about. Maybe building 24 pounds of muscle is possible with BULLSHARK
Testosterone steroids with a rotting liver and a couple tumors. However,
there is no way in hell a person is going to gain that many pounds of
muscle in a year, let alone 10lbs per month. I've been training for over 5
years, I started at 155lbs, and now I'm 185lbs with a lower bfp. It takes a
long fricken time to build muscle.
Well it seems a lot of your muscle growth was developmental from growing
and puberty. And to insure you don't plateau you need to change your
workout regiment completely every 6 weeks. When it comes to working out you
need to have pure dedication as well, consistency is key to results. Also
try taking 10-20second breaks in-between sets, because any longer then
20sec your might as well lift a lower weight. I'm 17 btw.
Actually average muscle gain for 1 month is 2lbs. I average 3.5 lbs of
muscle a month now. There was one time though were I gained 4.2lbs of
muscle a month but that only lasted for 2 months. So 1lb of muscle a month
is shit and if that's what you're gaining you defiantly need to change
something. Remember, diet and exercise are split 50/50 when you're trying
to get good results.
I haven't literally done every sport in the book obviously, but I've done A
LOT. And no it isn't water retention and fat gain. I went to a gym and had
it measured by a personal trainer both times. I haven't grown in the past 9
months either, still 5' 7.5" so it was all muscle gain. Are you switching
your workout regiments every 6 weeks?

Hello, have you considered "MuscLeader" (have a look on Google)? On their
website you can watch a good free video featuring the way to build visible
muscles easily while dropping body fat at the same time. Brandon and many
other guys enjoyed positive results using this system. Perhaps it will work
for you also.
I beg anybody that's still subscribed to this guy, to unsubscribe. I'm
under the assumption he doesn't even lift, and if he does he has no idea
what he's talking about. Building 10 pound of muscle in a month is
impossible. You'd be in good hands to even gain 1 pound per month.
